Ciel Pâtisserie was born out of the belief that good desserts need not be fancy or pricey; Good desserts should simply taste heavenly. In fact, it is the simple desserts that are often the most wholesome and deeply satisfying.
That is why we are called ‘ciel’, pronounciation [see-el] and French for ‘sky’ or ‘heaven’ – because we believe this is where everyone can truly have a slice of heaven!
