Strictly Pastry, a Singaporean patisserie serving desserts and treats, officially opened on 16 February 2014.
Two years in the planning, the brick-and-mortar shop is an extension to owner Hannah Wong’s pastry plans.
With a 4-year background in providing quality customised cakes to private events and corporate clients like Christian Louboutin, Fancl, Citispa, Sony, Bobbi Brown, Clariancy and more, Wong is now ready to include retail offerings. Our aim is to bring a pleasantly unexpected retail and pastry experience to the local market.
Our perchance to explore and bring together surprising ingredients (like a peppery pineapple salsa on our cheesecake) and be unabashed in our work (our Pucker really packs a sour punch), is what makes us unafraid to be labelled ‘different’. Though clean forms and glistening domes are welcome in our aesthetics, we also do not mind messy and unpretentious desserts. But one constant remains, and it is that the taste of our pastries is one that more than satisfies any dessert craving you might have.
